Hotels & Motels

I spent 3 years living and working at a local motel (100+ rooms) when I lost almost everything. Business had gone down the death spiral along with my own psyche. A very generous (now friend) general manager believed in me and how I could help him. Saw something that I had and gave me a way to rebuild and recreate myself. Thanks, D.Y.

During that time I supported the IT, internet for guests and also served as security and houseman. Whew, that had its good times and its bad. I met a lot of great people from around the world. I was also a casual concierge trying to give each guest I interacted with a view of the local area, recommending places to eat and things to do, and also how to get there the easiest way.

It inspired me to create oro-concierge.com and soon to be published snagvu.com and sangvu.reviews – a review website with a focus on fun place to eat. Restaurant reviews are plentiful but sometimes I want to go somewhere that has more thanĀ great food. A place like BeniHana’s – food prep with a show. Or a restaurant with singing waiters/waitresses – like the diner at the Stratosphere in Las Vegas. How about a murder mystery dinner theater? You’ll find all that soon at Snagvu.reviews and probably some commentary here.

Check back for lots more on that as I travel…
